The high court judge hearing the case between the three banks which own 75% of F1 and Bernie Ecclestone's family trust, Bambino Holdings, which owns the remaining 25%, has opted to reserve his ruling, which means the decision might not be known for several more weeks.
After two days of legal arguments, Mr Justice Andrew Park, revealed that he would give his decision later in the year.
Ecclestone's Formula One Holdings (FOH), has said that it will abide by any decision of the court.
