I was curious about Pat Fry's comment "a question for Charlie Whiting". For that matter Ferrari's exhausts as well. Wasn't the rule change for this year supposed to clear all that up?
Is there an article I have missed anywhere explaining what is in question?
Does anyone here know?

I noticed that too.

Interesting, especially as the word was they only went that route after seeing others doing so. Suggests the first iteration of RB8 wasn't as stellar as it could have been.
