As you might have seen, our esteemed editor's race report and Talking Point entries mention Pedro Rodriguez and a win in terrible conditions at Brands Hatch in 1970 in a Gulf Porsche 917.
I must admit that I had no knowledge of this, so I went on that popular video sharing website and did a search.

I was on Paddock Bend that day - wow!
Several years later when I was in the shop at Brands I found a poster of the man in the pouring rain and bought it. It's now framed and hung at the top of the stairs at home alongside a picture of Jim Clark. Glory Days. _________________ "Why is everyone else so slow?" - JC |
