Some people complain that todays drivers are too politically correct and PR-oriented to say anything interesting. Not all drivers have been like that!
What driver is reported to have called Nigel Mansell “stupid”, Mansell’s wife “ugly”, Enzo Ferrari “senile” and Ayrton Senna “gay” in a magazine interview?

Just a minor clarification.
Clark said this in the sense that he 'feared' Dan's driving ability. There was no suggestion that he adopted intimidatory driving tactics.
