Many congratulations to all the winners! Virtual champagne spraying all round.
You're a fine bunch of people - as are all Pitpass posters. |

I decided not to get drunk for this speach. Instead? Y'all are naked.
I am touched. Very. And not just in the head. Hey! You guys are great! Wow. I haven't been touched like this since that falling-out-of-bed incident on 8 December, 1990.
Y'all are The Best. That last award? Wow! Now - to stop getting touched like I was last night! Doh! Thanks, y'all!

Hi All
I am very honoured and humbled to find my name mentioned at all.
It was for me a great moment last weekend at Silverstone to actually meet some real live Pitpassers. In this case Carol and Sam. It was a bit strange meeting them, but at the same time I felt as though I really knew them.
The great thing aboput Pitpasss - and the forums - arte that we are all just real live F1 enthusiats. It's great to have my name up there - but it's even better just sharing opinions with you all.
Sometimes I get REALLY irritated. So much so that I just stay quiet. Sometimes I am just too busy to contribute. But whatever- there is so much there to interest that I just can't stay away.
To all of you. Thanks for being part of it.
And thanks to Pitpass.

Y'all ought to get your various butts here and have some Zagorkas with me! Beers all around. (A big draft here goes for around 1.20 Leva - about $.75US.) Had a nice pasta lunch today (tomato sauce and mushrooms), with a big, big mug of Zagorka, all for 3.70 Leva. And the waitresses, their eyes bulge when you thereafter hand them a 2 Leva tip. (My one American friend here, a young, kind, smiling Texan athlete named David, says they love us Americans because of this.) When I first got here, my friend told me, don't tip them like that - they'll all be chasing you. But like Dave and I agreed, we're American, we simply tip as we would back home. It's cool to make a girl's (or guy's) day simply by tipping suitably.
See you in sunny Smolian! Let's see if any of you can out-dance me! _________________ Give me Liberty, or give me food stamps. |

See - I can't believe I beat this guy. Maybe it's because I spread myself around more than he does. Plus, much of my knowledge of his humor comes from actually talking with him. He is a freaking riot (and king of the bad pun). I know one thing - put us in a room together, and no one stops laughing! (If I have a few drinks in me - forget about it. I'll try any stunt you can imagine. You ought to hear me speak dirty Bulgarian like I'm from India. Or - like I'm George W. Bush! But I do those sober.) Hoosier, man - you take the cake!

The category was best sense of humor, not most twisted.
One liner AND a groaner, huh?

Congratulations for winners and not-winners alike (there was no room for more names, but surely everyone was included in our minds)
And thanks for your votes... at least it seems that I'm winner at something in this life (emotioned tear falling)
Pity we are so scattered around the world, making a general meeting impossible... _________________ [slowly trying to return] |

Just wait 'til I'm rich, buddy. See ya' in Suzuka! (And year-in, year-out at that.) (Why Suzuka? My favorite track. Now let's go whack Hermann Tilke...) _________________ Give me Liberty, or give me food stamps. |

OK.
I'll check my (snail)mail-box everyday for that airline+GP+hotel tickets you are sending me
But I'd rather wait for you to collect me with your private corporate jet, so we can arrive Japan and park it between Bernie's and Schumacher's... we can even scracht them a little, maybe
(Beware of parking it alongside Coulthard's, since It's said to be a kind of jinx) _________________ [slowly trying to return] |

Corporate jet? Forget it, man! That money's going towards Z06s, GT-3s, and old Ferraris. (Plus I figure I'll give a fair bit away. What-the-hell?) And my kids will have their shifter karts and such. (Remember I said a daughter of mine will be the first distaff World Driving Champ?) (Unless Danica beats her to it. Go, Danica!) Oh, and so far as scratching other people's vehicles goes - I think there should be the death penalty for that. You think I'm kidding? _________________ Give me Liberty, or give me food stamps. |

Hey Sean, never mind Danica, what about Katherine Legge? She's just scored her second win in Toyota Atlantics. Now remind me, how many races did Danica win in Atlantics?..... Yep, zero.
Go Katherine!! |

Gonna' have to check this chick out, eh? And Carol - you know how good Danica is. I still say that half-pint darling of America wants a 1000-horse F1 car at her little fingertips... _________________ Give me Liberty, or give me food stamps. |
