I think Eoin Young has come up with a beaut of an idea let MS run for his own prize maybe the MS cup while everyone else contests to become formula one world champion. I,m sure the TV companies could come up with a Red screen technology to exclude michaels car from the coverage (it would only be neede for the first lap!) then F1 woudl be a much more exciting prospect.

You a dag Mr Nigel, and A grade dag! But being a Kiwi, it stands to reason. Wink
Personally, I think the championship points at each race should go to the driver who can find where Michael is hiding in the pits. You start the GP, Michael runs away and hides from the rest of the field (as he does), nips into the pits unepexectdly and "hides" behind the fuel churns in one of the pits. Then they tell they other drivers to pit after ten laps, so they can "race" to be the first to get to the pits to start searching for him. Hence a bit of GP racing spectacle. The first to find wher he's hiding wins the GP and points are paid to the other drivers who subsequently "find" Michael. It would be a much fairer game of "Find Michael" than the one their playing now. They'd have SOME chance.

Thanks PDJ your idea has some merit although I think it would give KR an unfair advantage because he has already had the opportunity to test his shoving on the course marshal’s (although at least Ron Dennis wouldn't complain about that one) your plan would also give MW a chance to bulk up a bit and run over the top a of a few people.

This Cup Idea isn't new back when I used to organise a few social club karting events I was disadvantage by my large frame (6'6" 120KG's) in a 49cc go cart so the best result I ever had was a second overall (although I would normally always put in the fastest lap Wink ). As the organiser of the event I came up with the "Nigel Cup" this cup could only be won be the best finisher named Nigel and to date I am the only winner of this prestigious trophy!

how about giving MS a handicap of that he goes out and does a few laps and then he pits where he gives the car to another driver such as pizzonia he does a few laps then MS takes over then after a few laps pizzonia and so on.

Why don't just ban Brawn and Byrne from F1. Schumi would not "dominate" without them for sure.
