It's quite amazing how different this poll is from the one on Pitpass Home Page.

The poll on the front page has about 1000 times the number of votes this one does and is not tainted by those that would vote for Alonso even if he didn't turn up. I know which one my money is on and it ain't this one!

Isn't it just! The front page poll certainly seems somewhat at odds with most journalists' views, not to mention the swirling masses around various forums.

Surprising, too, that Alonso garnered fewer votes than a fellow pinged for making an illegal move, driving a car that has subsequently been identified as running a non-complying technical configuration that allegedly conferred upon it a performance advantage.

I can understand why people would vote for Raikkonen (who drove a superb race with some nice overtaking moves) or Button who clawed his way back to 2nd in admirable fashion (given how his last GP's before Germany went), but why on earth people voted for Vettel in such numbers on het frontpage poll is beyond me. Confused

Regards
GJ

Sadly, the front page poll does appear to have been hijacked.

We have traced the culprits and will ban them in an attempt to ensure this never happens again.
