What odds on an all-Brazilian podium?

The current McLaren competition on the front page is made a lot tricker here. If it was "where will Jenson finish?" in Barcelona then okay, but Brazil is madness when it's wet. Podium; i) Glock ii) Ecclestone iii) A golden retriever that made its way to the finish line.

Vettel really is the man but with rain forecast, the race could be a thriller as it quite often is.

Brazil inevitably turns up good races wet or dry for which I remain grateful. It's a 3am start in Sydney and a long Monday. Fingers crossed for a season finale sizzler.

Interlagos is always one of my favourite races, let's see if I manage to wake up on time (4pm) Laughing

Looking very much forward to this one. Usually I wouldn't want rain at a track that can give good racing anyway, but what the hell; both championships have been decided so lets make one hell of a show of the finale.

I also like this later start time, gives me chance to get over wallowing in self-pity with a hangover.

Mac 1-2 I reckon.

Another season over and despite the Red Bull dominance, it's been a blast.

Roll on March.

I agree - Alonso's good pass on Button, Button on Alonso, otherwise pretty much a procession. Bit of an anticlimax.

Yes but... whilst I'm a great admirer of Alonso's driving, I also see Button as a reliable witness so perhaps this comment by JB puts that pass in a somewhat different perspective: "Earlier in the race, it was disappointing to be passed by Fernando. Out of Turn Five, I saw lots of debris on the circuit, and I didn't know what it was. I didn't want to drive over it, and I couldn't pull to the left because Fernando was there, so I had to back out of it and fall behind. It was a pretty easy move for Fernando to make after that."

I couldn't have been more wrong with my prediction really Very Happy

It definitely needed rain, and I think Brundle realised that everybody was in for a disappointment if it never materialised, hence him telling DC not to say "the 'R' word".

I can't help thinking that the thing that made this season interesting early on was when the tyres degraded badly. Once that was fixed, it got duller.
