On the back of Anfield5 and all the hard work the car must be either the Matra International, Matra MS10 or the Matra International, Matra MS80 using a Ford Cosworth DFV engine???

Left to find: the whiskey brand's name and the first GP it appeared on the Matra's side. Whistle

I've found the answer - but I don't think it's fair to steal it from Anfield5.

If it helps, it was a whisky not a whiskey (Yes they are different!)

I also found that in 1969 Jackie was presented with a case of VAT 69 ( The 19VAT69 Award) for being the first driver to exceed 69 points in a complicated scoring system involving world championship races plus the 3 British non-championship races. (Sorry if I've spoilt someone's quiz question)

One is Irish one is Scottish.

If it's without an 'e' its Scotts, but also English Canadian etc, so.

1969 Canadian GP at Mosport park
Sponsor = Canadian Club

The one I'm looking for is Scottish, so it's not Canadian Club and not the Canadian GP at Mosport Park. Arrow

At Monza in 1969 Jackie Stewart's Matra sported a Rob Roy Whisky decal

(Found on my Motor Sport 1960's disc when I was looking for something else)

No, I sneaked in at the end, Anfield5 did all the work so deserves to ask the next question.

Edit: One stipulation - the question or answer must include 8-7
