Official: Raikkonen remains with Lotus for 2013

Kimi Raikkonen and Lotus used YouTube to reveal that they will remain an item in 2013.

In a brief video entitled: "One team, one commitment; Lotus F1 Team and Kimi Räikkönen reveal all", to the sound of Finnish gothic metal band Entwine's Bitter Sweet, the Enstone outfit revealed that it will be "Kimi Raikkonen and Lotus F1 Team in 2013 The story continues".

The announcement follows a difficult weekend in which, having made a wrong move in terms of set-up for qualifying, the Finn spent much of the Indian Grand Prix looking up the exhaust pipes of Felipe Massa's Ferrari.

In his first season back in F1, the charismatic Finn has impressed almost from the outset, and though he has yet to win a race, remains third in the championship, one of only two drivers - the other being Mark Webber - who could still mathematically beat Vettel and Alonso to the title.
