It's a fact of life that you cannot please all the people all the time, however at pitpass we want to give it a go.
We operate a strict 'open door' policy at pitpass, in other words we actively encourage your feedback.
We promise that we'll respond to every e-mail, though at busy periods this may take a while, but rest assured we will get back to you.
If you have any comments or suggestions regarding pitpass we want to hear them. We need your feedback because we want to build the Formula One site that you want rather than giving you the site we feel you want. pitpass is totally interactive, we do listen to our readers and act on their opinions and comments.
Then again, if you feel we're getting it right, let us know it's always good to receive a bit of praise.
There was a sign you used to see in shops a few years ago and it's a policy we aim to adopt at pitpass right from the start.
