Corporate Hospitality packages for Singapore GP go on sale

NEWS STORY
29/11/2007

Corporate hospitality packages for the inaugural SingTel Singapore Grand Prix are now available for sale via the race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd.

A total of 9,000 corporate hospitality tickets will be made available during phase one. Each of the 180 corporate hospitality suites will be able to house 50 guests over the 3-day race weekend for companies who wish to entertain their clientele at one of the most prestigious events on the Singapore calendar. Larger suites will also be available.

The prestigious corporate suites will be available above the major grandstands at seven locations around the circuit park. These include the Pit Grandstand (opposite the pit building), Pit Entry and Exit, Turns 1, 2 and 3 and opposite One Raffles Link. Prices range from £1,175 to £2,175 per person for a three-day pass.

Two types of Suites are available:

Sky Suite - The Sky suite is equipped with an enclosed air-conditioned dining facility and an outdoor viewing area at the front of the suite. Guests also have access to an open-air Sky Terrace above the suite complete with a lounge and bar area to enjoy the race under the night sky.

Club Suites - The Club suite is on a single level and is equipped with an enclosed air-conditioned dining facility and an out door viewing area at the front of the suite.

All suite packages include a complimentary open bar, premium wine selection and a 5-star menu for Arrival Tea, Dinner and Supper as well as stunning views around the circuit.

Singapore GP is currently looking at additional locations for corporate hospitality facilities at other locations around the track. These will be made available in the first quarter of 2008.

In addition, Singapore GP will be accepting expressions of interest for tickets in the Formula One Paddock Club. Traditionally, priority for tickets will be given to the teams and sponsors. Tickets are expected to be very limited due to strong demand and cannot be guaranteed until early 2008, once the final inventory is available. The Singapore Paddock Club is as part of the purpose built permanent Pit Building.

The general grandstand ticketing will be launched in late December. A three-day pass for grandstand seating is likely to start from approximately £92.

All interested companies should approach Singapore GP Pte Ltd directly to purchase corporate hospitality or race tickets. Only Singapore GP has the rights to offer official packages and reserves the right to deny entry to any unauthorised ticket holders.
