Following Jean Todt's admission that a hearing would take place in the High Court in London on Tuesday regarding the Stepney Saga, it has been confirmed that a hearing is scheduled for Court 59 before Mr Justice Briggs.

Interestingly, for the first time, McLaren's chief designer is officially named, as the action is Ferrari SpA v Coughlan and Anr (another).

Speaking about the matter on Sunday, Todt revealed that the action is the latest step following the search of Coughlan's home during which sensitive documents were allegedly found.

"The first procedure was our lawyers, together with some independent experts, to go to visit the house of one of the top management people from a competitor's team," said the Frenchman without naming Coughlan. "They decided after that, that they have some facts, which allowed them to move forward. And to move forward is to go to the High Court on Tuesday."
